Project cashback offers
Book a plot or villa in one of the projects below through Surya Vruksha Property Junction and we pay you a cashback after your sale deed is registered. You pay the developer's price, with nothing added.

Terms and conditions
- The cashback applies only to the projects listed above, at the amount shown for each project when you book. Owner-listed properties are not part of this offer.
- A percentage offer is calculated on the value stated in the registered sale deed, up to the cap shown.
- You are eligible only if you came to the project through us: you must not have previously enquired about, visited or booked the same project with the developer directly, or through any broker or channel partner. Your first recorded enquiry with us (call, WhatsApp or form) is the start date, and the developer's lead records decide.
- The cashback is paid only after the sale deed is registered, by bank transfer to the buyer named in the sale deed, within the number of days shown above.
- One cashback per plot or villa. It cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- The cashback is paid by Surya Vruksha Property Junction, not by the developer. Cancelled or unregistered bookings are not eligible.
- We may change or withdraw an offer at any time; bookings already made under it will be honoured.
- This offer does not change our role: prices, documents and the sale are between you and the developer. See the Terms and Disclaimer.
