What are your charges?

On owner-listed properties, a professional service fee applies, payable only after the sale deed is registered; nothing is added to the owner's price. The details are in our Terms. For developer projects you pay the developer's own price and the developer pays us.

Do buyers get cashback?

On select developer projects, yes. Book through us and we pay a cashback after your sale deed is registered, if you came to the project through us. The amount for each project is shown on its page and on our cashback offers page.

Do you list properties from brokers?

No. We list only properties posted by their owners or immediate family. If we find a broker behind a listing, we remove it.

Which areas do you cover?

Our focus is the towns around Bengaluru: Doddaballapura, Rajanukunte, Chikkaballapura, Nandi Hills, Devanahalli, Nelamangala, Hoskote and Kolar. We also list owner properties and approved projects elsewhere in Karnataka, such as Bengaluru, Tumakuru and Bidar.
