Details you give us when you send an enquiry, request a callback or subscribe: your name, mobile number, email address, city, message and the property you asked about.
Your name and mobile number when you ask to contact us about a property or keep browsing property pages, together with the property and project pages you then open and whether you tapped WhatsApp or Call. Your browser remembers that you gave these details so we don’t ask again.
Usage data collected automatically by Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location.
Advertising cookies set by Google AdSense to show and measure ads.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and help you buy or sell property.
To contact you about the properties you viewed or asked about.
To send you updates and offers, only if you ticked the optional consent box or subscribed to our newsletter.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Enquiries and the property pages you viewed are stored in our own website database (hosted by Neon) so we can follow up, and delivered to us by email through EmailJS. Website analytics and advertising are provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We may share your details with a property owner or buyer only to progress a transaction you asked us to help with, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to assist you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time, by contacting us using the details above. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
