Surya Vruksha Property Junction lists two kinds of property on this website:

• Owner listings: individual residential sites, commercial plots and agricultural land posted directly by their owners. We connect buyers with owners. We are not the owner or seller and not a party to the sale agreement.
• Projects: new layouts we advertise as a marketing and channel partner of their developers. We pass enquiries and site-visit requests to the developer. We are not the developer or seller.

On owner listings, a professional service fee applies, payable only after the sale deed is registered, as set out in our Terms. For projects, the developer pays us; buyers pay the developer's price with nothing added, and some projects carry a cashback from us.

Details, prices, approvals, khata status, sizes, layout plans, amenities, distances and images are provided by the owners and developers and may change without notice. Project images may be artist's impressions. Distances and travel times are approximate.

Before making any payment, independently verify all documents and approvals with the owner or developer and the authorities concerned, preferably through your own advocate.

To the extent permitted by law, Surya Vruksha Property Junction is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the information on this website or from any transaction between a buyer and an owner or developer.
